Terms of Service

This document is available in English and Hebrew. In case of conflict, the English version governs.
1. What TripFunnel is
TripFunnel is a workspace for travel agents. You capture screenshots of travel options you have already found on other websites, and TripFunnel reads those screenshots, organises what it finds into comparable options, and helps you build a quote or proposal for your client.
TripFunnel is not a travel agency, a booking engine, or a reseller. It does not search for travel, hold inventory, take bookings, process customer payments, or have any relationship with your clients. Everything you sell, and every price you charge, remains entirely between you and your client.
2. TripFunnel makes mistakes, and you are the one who checks
This is the most important term in this document. Please read it in full.
TripFunnel uses artificial intelligence models to read your screenshots. These models are probabilistic. They misread things. In ordinary use they will, among other things:
- read a price, date, time or flight number incorrectly;
- mistake one currency symbol for another;
- read a right-to-left page as though it ran left to right, reversing a route;
- miss an option that was on the page, or fail to read one that was cut off;
- treat two different options as the same one, or one option as two;
- fill a gap from elsewhere in your trip and get it wrong.
Every one of those has happened in testing, and we expect all of them to happen in normal use. We build the product to reduce them and to make them visible, but we cannot eliminate them and we do not promise accuracy.
This is why almost every extracted field in TripFunnel is editable. If a value is wrong, correct it. Your correction is kept and is not overwritten when the screenshots are processed again. Where a value was not printed on the card itself but taken from the page header, from another screenshot, or from elsewhere in the trip, the interface says so, and where two screenshots disagree it flags the disagreement rather than picking a winner silently.
You are responsible for checking every figure against the original screenshot or the supplier before you quote it, book it, or send it to a client. You accept that you, not TripFunnel, are accountable to your client for what you put in front of them.
3. Your account
You need an account to use the workspace. Keep your password to yourself, use an address you control, and tell us promptly if you think someone else has got into your account. You are responsible for what happens under it.
You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and you must be using TripFunnel for a business or professional purpose. It is not a consumer product.
4. Your screenshots and your content
You keep ownership of everything you put into TripFunnel: your screenshots, your trips, your edits, your notes, your logo, your client proposals. We claim no ownership of any of it.
You grant us only the permission we need to run the service for you: to store your content, to send your screenshots to our AI provider to be read, to display your content back to you, and to publish a proposal at a shareable link when you choose to publish one.
You are responsible for having the right to capture and upload what you upload. Supplier extranets, airline sites and booking sites have their own terms, and some restrict screenshotting, automated reading, or re-publishing their content. Those terms are between you and them. Do not put anything into TripFunnel that you are not permitted to capture, and do not upload personal data about your clients beyond what you actually need for the quote.
5. Shared proposal links are public
When you publish a proposal, TripFunnel creates a link that anyone holding it can open, without signing in. There is no password on it. Treat the link the way you would treat an unlocked document: send it to the client you meant to send it to, and do not put anything in a proposal that you would not want a stranger to read if the link were forwarded.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use TripFunnel to break the law or someone else's rights;
- upload malware, or try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service;
- resell or white-label TripFunnel without our written agreement;
- use it to process sensitive personal data such as health or payment card details;
- present TripFunnel's output to a client as verified fact without checking it, in a way that misleads them.
7. Plans and payment
There is a free tier and there are paid plans. Payments are handled by Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record; their terms govern the transaction itself and we never see your full card details.
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not generally give refunds for time already elapsed, but if something has gone genuinely wrong, write to us and we will deal with it reasonably. Prices can change with reasonable notice before your next renewal.
8. Availability, and no warranty
We work to keep TripFunnel up, but we do not promise it will be available uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw features, and we may take the service down for maintenance.
TripFunnel is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, and specifically we make no warranty that anything TripFunnel extracts from a screenshot is accurate, complete or fit for quoting.
9. Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profit, lost bookings, lost business, lost goodwill, or any indirect or consequential loss. In particular we are not liable for the consequences of a misread value that you passed on to a client without checking it, including a quote priced too low, a flight quoted at the wrong time, or a booking made on wrong dates.
Where we are liable, our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to what you paid us for TripFunnel in that period. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
10. Ending it
You can stop using TripFunnel and close your account whenever you like, from the account menu. Closing an account erases its content, so export what you need first.
We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or where we are required to. If we close your account without cause, we will refund the unused part of anything you have paid in advance. What happens to your data is described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you before it takes effect. Continuing to use TripFunnel after that means you accept the new version.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, and the courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction.
